The top picture with the fuzzy looking flowers, is a Mimosa Tree.
You have a lovely Mimosa and the little green balls are either eggplant or ground cherries. It is a little hard to tell. They look very healthy and if they are eggplant I hope you like it. I love it but most people don't.
